At African SuperGrocerystore, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The item was delivered within the last 7 days
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
❌ Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Perishable items (e.g. fresh produce, frozen foods, meats)
- Opened food products
- Clearance or sale items
- Personal care items (e.g. hair, beauty, and hygiene products once opened)
🔁 Exchanges
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will gladly replace the item or issue a store credit.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider
📦 Return Process

If eligible, we’ll provide instructions on where to ship the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
